Generitrack Is an Online Program. Is my data secure?

Generitrack restricts user access using hashed passwords and encryption. In the unlikely event of data loss we will perform a restore from one of the regular backups we keep.

Who owns the data I store in Generitrack?

Whilst we retain the rights to the generitrack license, the individual user retains full rights to and ownership of the data stored within Generitrack.

How many users can I have?

You may have as many application and portable users as your license allows, making Generitrack suitable for small, medium and large organisations.

Can the Generitrack Application be modified?

We are aware that all users have slightly different requirements. We will be happy to look at business processes and modify Generitrack accordingly.

If you have a completely different requirement, we will be happy to produce a bespoke solution to meet your needs.

Can I have a free trial?

We realise that the commitment to a new software system can be a large one. We are therefore happy to let you try Generitrack free of charge with no obligation before you purchase.

Can Generitrack print Barcode labels?

Generitrack contains a locally installable barcode printing component to print directly from Generitrack.
If you wish to use pre-printed labels, we can supply pre-printed labels or barcode printing software.

How do the portable devices send and receive data?

Data can be sent to and received from the portable devices in a number of ways:
